This is another way to say, And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself. Luke 10:27. If you are to simplify the 10 commandments down to just 2, this is what it would look like. Love God, and love your neighbor. It’s really that simple. Please read carefully. A Christian’s Heart Cry will be for these 2 verse to be made a Living Reality in their life. A “christian” in the average church today will look at these 2 Commandments and say, This is too hard, it can’t be done, and go on their way, living in their comfort zone hoping all goes well. To obey the simplicity of these verses is to completely trust the Lord and His Will because they can go off in so many directions. Remember, these 2 verses are the key to a whole new relationship for a deeper Walk with the Lord. The 10 Commandments are pretty much cut and dried with an understood exact meaning and direction. It’s either, Do, or, Don’t Do, that’s it, no question. But to follow “the 2” is a whole new walk of Faith because there’s no telling what direction the Lord will lead. Some people have to KNOW where they’re going before they’ll move a foot. Those who live to obey “the 2” have a mindset to go for The Gold, whatever it takes, no questions asked. “Let’s to this thing Lord, you lead, I’ll follow, no doubt, no fear, no compromise, let’s go, Your Will Be Done”. Let the adventure begin. This Life In Christ is sometimes even too great for mere words, that’s why we have to live it, by Faith, and, Be Blessed.
