Daily Devotional. Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on Him, if ye CONTINUE in My Word, THEN are ye My Disciples INDEED; And ye shall KNOW The Truth, and The Truth SHALL make you Free. John 8:31-32. And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; BECAUSE THEY RECEIVED NOT THE LOVE OF THE TRUTH, that they might be Saved. And for THIS cause God shall send them Strong Delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned WHO BELIEVED NOT THE TRUTH, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 2 Thessalonians 2:10-12. Maybe I can wrap up this Discussion with a simple illustration. You’re walking a well trodden path (of Life) and come to a place where you’re confronted with a choice. You can go forward onto the Straight and Narrow Path that leads to Heaven and Eternal Joy, that most choose to foolishly ignore, or you can turn to the left and go down the much easier “for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and MANY there be which go in thereat”: Matthew 7:13. EVERY SINGLY MAN, WOMAN AND CHILD WILL MAKE THIS CHOICE, and Eternally live with their Decision. The bottom line is, everyone is Greatly Encouraged to choose to Follow Christ on the Straight and Narrow Path. But the Lord won’t stand in Your Way if you really insist on ignoring His Way and “go it alone” on the Way that leads to destruction. He won’t MAKE you do anything, but the Lord God Almighty will do everything He can to show you the Right Way to go. You actually have the Right to decide your own Eternal Fate, WITH NO INTERFERENCE FROM THE LORD, OR SATAN, WHILE YOU MAKE YOUR ULTIMATE DECISION. Only the Lord Knows this crucial point in your Spiritual Life, but us Believers will do everything we can to show you how the Lord works in our Lives here on Planet Earth. You KNOW The Truth, we’ll try to help you “SEE” The Truth, AND TODAY, RIGHT NOW, THAT CHOICE IS YOURS.
