Daily Devotional. I AM COME IN MY FATHER’S NAME, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. John 5:43. Moses spoke to the people, for God, because the people made it clear they didn’t WANT to hear God. Ten times Moses rejected God’s instructions to him, he disobeyed God willingly, and on the tenth time God had had enough and told Moses, “You’re going to die, you’re not going to enter into the Promised Land, but I will show you what you’ll be missing and Joshua will take the people in”. God will deal with disobedience for a while, but a heart CONTINUALLY not willing to obey, that’s a God hater. Don’t be fooled with “Oh, I love God with all my heart”, as the first question should be, WHICH God do you love with all your heart? ANY god, other than the God of the Bible, is just another name for, SELF. Self decides, “I’ll believe God for this, but not for that”. God says, “I want you to”, and self says, “I don’t want to, I win, and You lose”. You have now raised yourself ABOVE God. How long do you think God will tolerate that? IT’S WORK TO FOLLOW GOD, but He WILL give you EVERYTHING you need to Perfectly Follow the Leading of the Holy Spirit. If your Heart is for God, you WILL run the Race and Finish to hear those Glorious Words, “WELL DONE GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT, ENTER INTO THE JOY OF THE LORD”. God haters will hear, ” Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire”. God doesn’t hate anybody, he died so that anybody can go to heaven, but it can ONLY be done by God’s Standards. The problem is, the church in America has so corrupted and watered down God’s Standards, that we love them (watered down), and now preach many easy ways into heaven. THIS, God hates. Preacher, Teacher, and Joe Sheeper, do you KNOW God, or do you NO God? Can you name 10 Preachers? Can you name even 1 Watchman? Do you even know what a watchman is, or what he does? Or what he is responsible for? Study His Word and find out, Love God, and you will, Be Blessed.
