Daily Devotional. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, BUT AGAINST PRINCIPALITIES , AGAINST POWERS, AGAINST THE RULERS OF THE DARKNESS OF THIS WORLD , AGAINST SPIRITUAL WICKEDNESS IN HIGH PLACES . Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; Ephesians 6:12-18. Salvation has been a spiritual battle for the last six thousand years. In the last days, salvation will be a spiritual battle, on steroids. Satan is going to pull out all the stops in this battle to try to root out all Christians from off the face of the earth. If you sit under Satan’s feet, the tribulation will be nothing but death and destruction. If you stand next to Christ in his end-time army, the tribulation will be the last great and final call to bring out the last of the lost sheep unto salvation. This will be a spiritual battle as we have never seen before. Christ will be Victorious and we will walk with Christ in Victory all the way to the end. We will go all the way to the gates of He’ll and take back those whom Satan thought were his, and present them to the Lord. This great spiritual battle has already been won, all we have to do is walk it out to victory. Are you on the side of the fearful? Or are you on the side of the Victorious in Christ?
