Read these verses from the standpoint of people who have discovered just how Merciful a Loving God can be, and that they have just been forgiven of ALL their sins and evil ways, and on top of all that, this Loving God is going to not only put his Laws, Rules, Regulations, Concepts, and Precepts into their hearts and minds to know them AND to Know Him, but that He’s also going to take away the Old Testament legalism, and give them such a True, Sincere, Heartfelt Love for this God and His Word, that they will NEVER want to go back to ANY of their old ways and sins. These people have discovered the Heart of the Living God, and have no interest to go anywhere else, no matter what enticing scraps of filth the enemy tries to tempt them with. It’s not that they are waiting for the best offer Satan can come up with, it’s that they are a people so sold out to the Lord, that there is NOTHING that can even start to compare to the God and Christ they have found. They Love the Word and desire to Follow and Obey every aspect of it and the Mind of Christ all the day long. THIS IS SALVATION, AND THIS IS HOW CHRISTIANS, BELIEVERS, FOLLOWERS OF CHRIST WILL ACT. Living this new Lifestyle is how they KNOW they WILL, Be Blessed.
