Daily Devotional. This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; BUT THEIR HEART IS FAR FROM ME. But in vain they do worship me, TEACHING FOR DOCTRINES THE COMMANDMENTS OF MEN. Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch. Matthew 15:8-9, 14. These are the “Lord Lord” people. They do all the right religious stuff, just no concern for Who Christ Is. Goats don’t know Christ. The Lord Lord people, are goats. They may try to have some sort of intellectual understanding of Who Christ Is, but that’s the best they will ever get to. And that will still add up to nothing. Goats don’t have a renewed mind or anything like, the Mind of Christ. Their mind is Christ-mindlessness and this adds up to The Blind Leading The Blind. If a Preacher, Teacher, or Joe Sheeper doesn’t have a growing Mind of Christ, then he
is not capable of teaching the Things of Christ. The only thing left is, the Things of Man, the Doctrine of man, the foolishness of man. Man’s foolishness will go off the deep end. For example, Evolution and Darwinism. Sheer lost man foolishness. Don’t be mistaken, Christians WILL seek Christ and His Truths. They WILL grow in the Mind of Christ. They WILL seek for the Lord’s thoughts to infiltrate their thoughts. No one, no doctrine of man, will succeed in getting between a Christian, and Christ. If we’re either goats or sheep, to spot one or the other gets much easier. No, we don’t know another man’s heart. We don’t have to. Give him a few minutes and he’ll show you what He Believes IN his heart. Maybe you can’t see a person’s heart, BUT A SHEEP WILL SURE TELL YOU WHAT’S IN HIS, REAL QUICK LIKE!!!
