Daily Devotional. Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. 2 Timothy 4:2. This would be a good time to clarify the purpose of the MORNINGTIME devotional and what it wants to accomplish in people. The sole and only purpose of MORNINGTIME is to encourage a person to draw closer to the Lord, to be Saved by the Lord, and to follow the Lord on a walk that ends up in Purity, Righteousness, and Holiness, growing in Faith, Obedience, and Boldness, being taught by the Holy Spirit to hear His Voice as He prepares you to be a part of the Bride of Christ in the Body of Christ, to Walk in and Live the 9 Fruits of the Spirit as you are moving in the 9 Gifts of the Holy Spirit. ALL of which can’t be done by ANYTHING we might try to do to bring any of this to pass. EVERY PART OF THIS IS ABSOLUTELY AND TOTALLY A WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, or it is nothing. Everything here is a Gift from God all wrapped up in Mercy and Grace and is brought to pass by the Work of the Holy Spirit. The words I write will fall flat to the ground, (that’s all I can do), and only the Holy Spirit can take them and apply them to your life. Whether or not this is of interest to you, is up to you to decide. If anything I write is of the Lord, Be Blessed, if it’s not of the Lord, trash it. I want to see Christ only, Magnified, with all Praise, Glory, and Honor, going to Him. I write about what I see as The Gold Standard, Holiness, and Perfection. I set all this before you as a Goal to go for. No, not just to pick a part, BUT TO GO FOR ALL OF IT. I have not yet heard the Lord say, “Sorry guys, you’re asking for too much”. WHY NOT BELIEVE THAT WE CAN HAVE IT ALL, ALL THAT CHRIST DIED AND PAID FOR, THAT WE ALL CAN, BE BLESSED.
