Daily Devotional. For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Galatians 5:14. You’re walking around and you see a man having a hard time with this “something”. You know you can help him, and even have the time, but then, he’s such a grouch, and he’s hard to work with. Yah, and if nobody helps him, maybe he’ll start to figure out that he needs an attitude adjustment, and THEN he might get some help. Good, let’s pray for him that the Lord will change him, then maybe we’ll help when he can show himself friendly. Ask the guy in the mirror, “Have you ever done that”? If Christ had treated YOU that way, YES YOU, the most despicable, dirty rotten sinner on the face of the earth, where would you be today? (Oh, you weren’t THAT bad? Check that Red Flag). OK Dirty Rotten Sinner, CHRIST CAME TO DIE IN YOUR WORTHLESS PLACE THAT YOU COULD BE WITH HIM IN HEAVEN FOR ALL ETERNITY!!!! What kind of Love does that show you, a God that came looking for you to offer you His Everything, and take you away from His no-thing. Only God can do that, and only God can put that same Love, from His Son, into you, that you can now love your neighbor, no matter who the neighbor is or what he has done. When we actually understand that with His Love in us, we can, AND WILL, Love anyone, and everyone. It’s Christ’s Love showing through us. You can’t hide it, and you can’t hold it back, IT WILL SHOW ITSELF. If you don’t have it, you can’t show it, and you can’t fake it either. Only the saved, and the unsaved, will see you for who you really are. The rest, you can fool. It will take effort to Love, greater effort to hate, take the easy road to Love. Everyone will benefit, and you WILL, Be Blessed.
