Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine; 1 Timothy 1:9-10 Look closely at this list, and any list you can cross reference with this. Many of these items are not against the law as far as man is concerned. For example, unholy and profane. Man doesn’t care about this with the law. So who does this list apply to, if not regular sinners? This is a list of some of the people in church, today. Just as in times ago. People haven’t changed, sin hasn’t changed, and this admonition hasn’t changed. Not everybody that goes to church will change. Many will come to church, for whatever reason, and bring their sins with them, tucked away behind a mask to not be seen, and go home again to continue their sinning, as usual. Some of these people, at least in their own mind, will lift themselves up, saying, “Yes, I’m going to Heaven”, and join in with the Lord Lord people. These are people who think of themselves as Christians, and Christ says, “Depart from me you wicked for I never knew YOU”. Whether a man is lost, or he THINKS he’s saved, and is not, it doesn’t make much difference, he’s still lost and going to Hell. Lost, or Lord Lord, Christ Himself says He doesn’t know them. These people are a Law unto themselves. They do what they want and stamp “God” on it. And God has nothing to do with it. Repent, Follow Christ, Be Saved, and, Be Blessed.
