Daily Devotional. Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, AND CAST OUT YOUR NAME AS EVIL, for the Son of man’s sake. Luke 6:22. Why are people in the 4 walls grassy front yard church, (generally the “lord lord” people), going to cast you out and trash your name? Because you want more of the Lord, and they don’t. God gives you Peace, and Joy, and Comfort in all situations, and all they get is conviction for their sinful ways and they don’t like it. Because of Pride and Arrogance they not only don’t want to change, they WON’T change, and no amount of pushing from God Almighty can make them change. They like their god that they have made up to suit them, he asks nothing of them and life is good. You come along and talk about a God that Requires you to change and be more like Him. That just doesn’t sit well with the lord lord people. Understand, they can be very prominent people in the church, big givers, hard workers, things get done because of them, they are well spoken of by many in the church. But you’re a thorn in their side and something HAS to change in order for the church to keep going, harmoniously. AND YOU’RE NO HARMONIOUS. YOU, CHRISTIAN, COME IN WITH YOUR GOD OF REPENTANCE AND EXPECT EVERYONE TO JUMP TO HIS TUNE!!! Sorry, but it isn’t going to happen. You, Believer, can stay and they will make your life harder every day. And when you do leave their church, they’ll call you a quitter, because you left their “fellowship”. Believer, you can’t win, the world is “worldly” and you’re just passing through. Talk to all the people you can, invest in the Heavenly’s bank account, carry, and die, on the Cross Christ gave you, and, BE BLESSED.
