Daily Devotional. BLESSED ARE YE, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man’s sake. BLESS THEM that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you. Luke 6:22, 28. If all you have is the love of the world, than all you have is worldly love. You may try to help people with their physical needs, but that’s all, as they slide towards Hell. Yes, we are to help our neighbors, but we must do more than that. Give them food and water, that’s good, but don’t stop there. If a man is going to die in 5 minutes, do you give him a sandwich, or do you give him Christ? Not one single person is going to Heaven because of them doing good deeds, helping physical needs, or just being an overall nice guy. The ONLY way into heaven is to meet Christ, understand and repent of your sins, and follow Christ the rest of your days. Until you meet Christ and His Goodness, you’ll never understand you, your sin, and its badness. You’ll never fully understand the duties of the Lifeguard on the beach by hearing about them. But find yourself drowning and going down for the third time, AND THE LIFEGUARD RESCUES YOU AND SAVES YOU, NOW YOU KNOW HIM. Will you ever forget him and what he did for you? I don’t think so. How much more is it when you meet Christ? Or were you sold a bill of goods from Satan because you “met” Christ and, well, you can take him or leave him. I’ll call on him if I need him, maybe. Possibly 70% of the people “in church” are the “lord lord” people and have no interest in possibly being sold a Satanic Salvation. I didn’t say it, JESUS DID. And it’s getting worse. Nobody wants to talk or hear about it. And when someone does speak up, they’re told, “Don’t Judge Me”. Persecution separates “christians”, from the CHRISTIANS. Be a Christian, and, Be Blessed.
