Daily Devotional. For then shall be GREAT TRIBULATION, such as was NOT SINCE THE BEGINNING of the world to this time, no, NOR EVER SHALL BE. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened. Matthew 24:21-22. There is a great danger in “glorifying” the 7 year Time of the Tribulation and talking about it more than necessary, more than need be. So we’ll jump in with both feet, say what needs to be said, and get out. This first part will be the “bad news”, then we will dwell on the Good News of Jesus Christ. We will QUICKLY look at how bad it could get first, this is important for the set up later. This will be a short series so please read them all and come to your own conclusion. Here goes. The 7 Year Tribulation will be a time of great death and destruction, turmoil, hatred of anything Christian, people turning in Believers for their own personal gain, family against family, sex and perversion like the days of Sodom and Gomorrah, churches burned, lawlessness everywhere, shortages and starvation at every corner, people killed for any reason, and no reason, the Law can’t keep up and it’s every man for himself. A fourth of the earth’s population killed, wiped out at one time, terrible signs and wonders in the heavens, and nature reeling under the load of sin. No Hope Anywhere. Men will see the Hand of God, and STILL shake their fist at Him and curse Him. Yes, it will be as bad as all this, and worse. Satan’s plan is to wipe out EVERYONE so God can’t get them. He KNOWS his time is short and is on the Rampage. That’s the bad news. One last thing, for a moment, think on how “bad” you believe it will be, just imagine,…..
