Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, AND OVER ALL THE POWER OF THE ENEMY: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather REJOICE, BECAUSE YOUR NAMES ARE WRITTEN IN HEAVEN. Luke 10:18-20. The Righteous cry, and the LORD Heareth, and Delivered them out of ALL their troubles. The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit. Many are the afflictions of the Righteous: BUT THE LORD DELIVERED HIM OUT OF THEM ALL. The LORD Redeemeth the soul of His servants: AND NONE OF THEM THAT TRUST IN HIM SHALL BE DESOLATE. Psalm 34:17-19,22. Many times its been preached that Satan is a roaring lion walking about seeking whom he may devour. “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, AS a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour”: 1 Peter 5:8. Let’s put this in today’s terms. Satan, acting like a hyena, sneaks around, hiding in the tall grass IDENTIFIES, (trying to convince himself, and fool others into believing) AS a roaring lion. His “roar” really sounds like a squeak, but in his mind, it’s a mighty “roar” meant to terrorize people into thinking he’s more than he really is. The Bible doesn’t say he IS a roaring lion, but AS a roaring lion, IN HIS OWN MIND. This is as self-delusional as, “I’m standing in a parking lot “identifying” as a car, fear me, or I’ll “run you over”. Part of today’s “woke” foolishness. Let’s get this Right, Jesus Christ IS the “Lion of Judah” and there is NONE like Him. Satan wanted to be higher than God, and was cast out of Heaven. Satan is less than a low down lying scoundrel and you can cast out of your mind any and every thought that would accept him as more than that. HE’S A BEATEN, DEFEATED FOE UNDER THE FEET AND AUTHORITY OF CHRIST. Don’t raise Satan up above his lowness and you’ll, Be Blessed.
