Daily Devotional. The Righteous cry, and the LORD Heareth, and Delivered them out of ALL their troubles. The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit. Many are the afflictions of the Righteous: but the LORD Delivered him out of them all. The LORD Redeemeth the soul of His servants: and NONE of them that Trust in Him shall be Desolate. Psalm 34:17-19,22. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, IF IT WERE POSSIBLE, they shall deceive the Very Elect. Matthew 24:24. NO, IT’S NOT POSSIBLE, SATAN WILL NOT DECEIVE THE VERY ELECT BECAUSE CHRIST WON’T LOSE EVEN ONE OF HIS SHEEP! Satan WANTS to deceive everybody, BUT HE DOESN’T GET HIS “WANTS”, and that settles it. Satan only gets those who have fully Rejected Christ as their Lord and Saviour. Christians will live with the full Protection of Christ on them, UNTIL the Lord decides to call them Home, as in the Apostle Paul was boiled in oil and didn’t die, so they stuck him on a rock in the ocean called Patmos where he wrote the Book of Revelation. On the other hand, Stephen, a young man full of the Holy Ghost, Preached his best sermon ever and was immediately dragged outside the city and stoned to death. Was he suddenly taken away and died too early? No, the Lord Blessed his Preaching and when he was done, the Lord called him Home. Both ways, both men Lived under the full Protection of the Lord God Almighty until the moment the Lord said, “Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the Joy of thy Lord”. Matthew 25:21. ONLY after the Lord is finished with one of His servants, AND NOT UNTIL HE’S FINISHED, will the Lord Call him (her) Home, BY WHATEVER MEANS THE LORD DECIDES TO USE. All Satan is left with is a dead body to “abuse”. Please Understand, Satan can NOT kill someone, ANYONE, until AFTER the Lord says, “Be Blessed”.
