Daily Devotional. Moreover, brethren, I DECLARE UNTO YOU THE GOSPEL which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and WHEREIN YE STAND; By which also YE ARE SAVED, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 1 Corinthians 15:1-2. This is the Apostle Paul writing to the church talking about the Power of the Gospel. Think about the word “Power” for a moment. “Strength power, ability, inherent power, power residing in a thing by virtue of its nature, or which a person or thing exerts and puts forth”. Here’s a list; Word of Wisdom, Word of Knowledge, Faith, Gifts of Healing, Working of Miracles, Prophecy, Discerning of Spirits, Divers Kinds of Tongues, Interpretation of Tongues, Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, Teachers, Helps, Governments, The Belt of Truth, The Breastplate of Righteousness, Shoes of the Gospel of Peace, The Shield of Faith, The Helmet of Salvation, The Sword of the Spirit which is The Word of God, Love, Joy, Peace, Longsuffering, Gentleness, Goodness, Faith, Meekness, Temperance, and a few more. Each one of these items listed here are individually Full of Power. Take any 2 or more together and the Power exponentially increases. Think of the Power of “Walking in the Spirit” with Him using you to manifest His Power to make changes in people’s lives next door, to around the world. ALL THESE THINGS ARE PURELY A WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, (let’s not get the Big Head), but what an honor to be used by the Holy Spirit to do ANY of these things!!! NOW, WITH ALL THESE THINGS AVAILABLE TO US, (as the Spirit directs), WHAT ON EARTH IS THERE TO FEAR? Something man can do, or something Satan can do? NO, FEAR GOD, Who can kill you, OR FILL YOU WITH LIFE, AND LIFE MORE ABUNDANTLY!!! (Your choice). People, this is Power from on high! Let Him use you, believe for ALL of this. Build your Faith. Just Trust, and Obey. And with THAT GOoD News, you WILL, Be Blessed.
