Luke 12:31-32. This may be a feeble a attempt, nevertheless, it is an attempt to take away fear of the unknown, and the sting of death. Of course this was all done by Christ 2000 years ago, but it doesn’t hurt to remind ourselves of the Things Christ has done for us. Death has lost its sting, so when each one of us is called on to come Home, death of the body will be no problem at all. Just like driving to some beautiful scenic place. You stop, and get out of your car, (the place of worldly protection while going down the road at 60 miles per hour), and you look at a place of beauty you’ve never seen before. The Lord calls you home, you drop off your worldly body that was your means of getting around this old world, and you find yourself in a place of Beauty you’ve never dreamed of. No sting, just a transition from the fleshly world straight into the Spiritual World, with Christ. Even a few moments of pain will be as nothing when you see Christ. I’m not making lite of our pain and suffering we experience here on this side, but whatever you suffer as His, will quickly be forgotten. Some will even say, “If suffering with Christ was for this, I would have asked Him to share more with me, if only I had Believed for more of Christ”. Be encouraged, death will have no sting, any pain and suffering will be custom tailored for you, and no more than you can handle, then off you go, Home. Believe for more of Christ in your life, He has a plain for you so that you can, Be Blessed.
