And it came to pass at that time, when Eli was laid down in his place, and his eyes began to wax dim, that he could not see; And ere the lamp of God went out in the temple of the Lord, where the ark of God was, and Samuel was laid down to sleep; THAT THE LORD CALLED SAMUEL: AND HE ANSWERED, HERE AM I. 1 Samuel 3:2-4. The priest, Eli, is on the top of God’s “drop dead” list. Eli is still doing his dead thing in the temple and the Lord is allowing him time to repent of his sins, or else. While he’s still under Mercy, and still alive, God is raising up a child named Samuel, to be the new Priest. When Samuel is ready, God will drop Eli like a rock, and lift up Samuel. Today, whether they know it or not, many preachers are falling into, sliding into, or running into, Apostasy. Just look at the TV preachers, listen to the radio preachers, look around your town’s preachers, they’re all around, dropping like flies. Don’t misunderstand, THERE ARE STILL GODLY PREACHERS OUT THERE, just a lot less than there used to be. Churches are failing, falling, and closing their doors in droves, and still people look at them and wonder, “I don’t understand what happened, they seemed like a good church”. So here’s what’s happening, God is raising up a Samuel Army, a Body of Believers so sold out to Christ and His Cause, they will never look back. They are a nameless bunch of people who will never make headlines. They will be Prayer Warriors, Intercessors, Faith Filled, Full of the Holy Spirit, ready to Preach, Teach, and Evangelize in season and out of season. They will do it all. Don’t misunderstand, the above list is the qualities of one person. They will ALL do ALL these things. They are the Christians, the Followers of Christ who will shake Hell itself. No fear, All Faith. If preachers won’t teach this, GOD HIMSELF WILL. Be a pew sitter, and sit there. Grow with Christ and GO, Be Blessed.
