Daily Devotional. For then shall be GREAT TRIBULATION, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened. Matthew 24:21-22. Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection: And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment: They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented; (Of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth. Hebrews 11:35-38. For 6000 years, Believers have suffered and died in their Faith. What more can man do to you that hasn’t been done already for 6000 years? And WHY would God snatch us out of here, (Rapture), even BEFORE the 7 years Tribulation starts??? Again, where in the Bible does God suddenly take people to heaven SO THEY CAN MISS OUT ON SOME PAIN AND SUFFERING??? God Crushed and Killed His own Son that we may Live…He set the example for us to follow! Should we really ask for less tribulation than Christ suffered? Noah found safety a day or two before JUDGMENT hit, and he rode out the storm. Lot missed JUDGMENT by mere hours and ran for safety. They barely missed Judgment. EVERYONE else went THROUGH Tribulation and Grew from it. If God uses Tribulation to Grow Christians, do you really want out of here, and miss out on GROWING IN CHRIST AND CHRISTLIKENESS??? Who do you fear more, God, or the Tribulation? Think about it. Either way, we’re all in this together. Now, Be Blessed.
