Revelation 20:10. The illustration is this. As a fish swims through water, it doesn’t consider itself as “wet”. It just swims in the habitat it knows. The people of this world move through a world of deception, as a fish in water. We don’t stop to think about it because it comes so naturally, so easy, it’s just a way of life we never question. This world is full of, covered in, and saturated with Deception. Satan has been working on Deception for over 6,000 years and he’s a Master at it. If you are unsaved, you’re still deceived, on your way to Hell. If you are Truly Saved, Christ has you and won’t let you go, you’re His. Just as a fish can get tangled up in a net or fishing line and be heading for death, a Christian gets saved, (heaven bound, no question), and the Lord will start to unwrap the deception from that person’s life to free them into Full Freedom In Christ, to be Free to be about the Father’s Business. Christian, this is not about, deception will kill you. CHRIST has paid for your Full Pardon and Freedom. This is about you allowing the Lord to break off chains of bondage, ropes of restraint, and the ties that bind. These are all things that will slow you down in the race, hang as weighs on your feet, and try to get your eyes off Christ to look at the lies and deceptions around you. An example. One deception is to get you to always be looking FOR deception, look at this, and that, and that over there…. All to get your eyes off Christ. Just KNOW there is deception out there and get your eyes FULLY back on Christ. Ask Him to remove any deception from your life, as you are about HIS business.
