On the surface, this could look like a trap of legalism to fall into, a Big List of “Thou shalt not’s”. I assure you, it is not. You say you are a Christian, a Believer, ok, you started off as a walking Dead Man. Somewhere along the line, you found Christ and got Saved. You found that Small Door and Narrow Way, the path that leads to CHRISTLIKENESS. Did that Small Door and Narrow Way not open up a whole new world of the Spirit you had never dreamed of before? Are you not “hearing” and “seeing” things of the Lord almost too much for words? Can you actually put into words what it is like to start to move into the Presence of the Lord? All these things for just going, by Faith, through that Small Door and Narrow Way. Wow, what a concept!!! So apply this same thinking to the idea that Christ is MORE THAN SUFFICIENT to guide you in ALL aspects of the church services in whatever direction He wants to go. Don’t go legalistic and come up with all the new rules of things you CAN’T do, let them fall by the wayside as you start to move into the Things you CAN do, and the Book of Acts is a great place to start with how to have HIS kind of church. Leave legalism outside as you start to move into the Freedom found only in Christ, and hear His Mind on how He wants you to have church. He will custom tailor your “church service” just for you, no cookie cutter mentality here. As you start to drop “stuff” from your church service and seek the Face of Christ and His Will for you, you will start to run from the old churchianity ways, and into Christ’s Way. If you could Trust Him for your Salvation, Trust Him for your church, and, Be Blessed.
