Daily Devotional. If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies, Fulfil ye my joy, THAT YE BE LIKEMINDED, having the same love, being of one accord, OF ONE MIND. Philippians 2:1-2. Let’s put some random thoughts together and see where we end up. If the Mind of Christ is the same as the Word of Christ, is the same as the Bible, the full written Word of God, if all these are the same, then we’ll start with that as our Foundation. So far, so good. And if a Believer runs to the Word of Christ, asking for the Mind of Christ, seeking the Face of Christ, and a non-believer tried his best to ignore the Word of Christ he had heard, then it would seem that the Mind of Christ, the Word of Christ, is inescapable BY EVERYONE. NO ONE gets a free pass to say, I didn’t know, I didn’t hear, on Judgment Day. Are you still with me? Are we still in Agreement, (like it or not)? Then we now have to ask the question, Is The Word, The Mind of Christ, Christ Himself, (all part of the same) TOTALLY, COMPLETELY, AND FULLY SUFFICIENT to take care of us, train and teach us here and now, and get us into Heaven without Spot, without Blemish, without Wrinkle??? Now comes the Hard Question. IF all the above is TRUE, than is there ANYTHING that we can, or should, add to all this to help people come to Christ? Is there ANYTHING that we people can add to the Word, (as discussed above), to Praise and Worship the Lord, to bring others to the Lord, to Grow In a deeper Walk with the Lord, to celebrate the Victory of the Lord, OR ANYTHING ELSE, OF THE LORD?? Then I suggest to you that the answer is NO, there is nothing we people can do to improve ANYTHING of the Lord that has to do with ANYTHING of our Life here and now, and for all Eternity, Believe, and, Be Blessed.
