For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the Lord: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at MY WORD. Isaiah 66:2. Then said the Lord unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten MY WORD to perform it. Jeremiah 1:12. The prophet that hath a dream, let him tell a dream; and he that hath MY WORD, let him speak my word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat? saith the Lord. Is not MY WORD like as a fire? saith the Lord; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces? Jeremiah23:28-29. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth MY WORD, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. John 5:24. Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in MY WORD, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. John 8:31-32. Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear MY WORD. John 8:43. This is the Power, and Strength, and Authority, of the Word of God. It doesn’t need anything added to it, it doesn’t need anything taken away from it. Will you add something to make it better? Will you take something away to make it less harsh? Preacher/Teacher, can you repackage The Word to make it more relevant to today’s society? Or is Preaching/Teaching The Word enough to heal the baby lamb’s hurt, and strong enough to crush the Hardest Arrogance? You decide, and, Be Blessed.
