Daily Devotional. For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, WOE IS UNTO ME, IF I PREACH NOT THE GOSPEL! 1 Corinthians 9:16. For the time is come that JUDGMENT MUST BEGIN AT THE HOUSE OF GOD: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? 1 Peter 4:17. We breathe air every day and never stop to think about it until the air is too polluted to safely breathe. We drink in sin every day and never stop to think about it until something makes us feel uncomfortable or guilty about something we say or do. When this happens, guilt or uncomfortable, we either have to cover up those feelings, or do something to mask them. That can be by alcohol and drugs, or a searing of the conscience so it becomes harder to sense guilt and shame. Churches, (4 walls), can move in sin like a fish moves through water, AND NEVER EVEN KNOW IT’S SIN. Sin comes naturally to man and it is NOT natural for man to question it. Sin is the everyday norm and never to be questioned. It is perfectly normal to go about your day and never look at how many times you’ve “sinned”. No one cares, because everyone’s doing it. It’s natural and normal, don’t sweat the small stuff. No body and no thing can get you to “see” your sins. Life is easy, sin, die, and go to Hell. All bets are off when the Holy Spirit shows up. ONLY HE can point out “sin”. ONLY HE can expose and show you your sin. ONLY HE can show you how to stop sinning, and ONLY HE can take you out of a sin infested world, clean you up, put you BACK into a sin infested world, AND KEEP YOU CLEAN. The Holy Spirit uses The Gospel to clean us up and keep us clean, to Save us from the penalty of sin, and understand the Things of and in, The Spirit. Programs, man’s plans, and traditions, will all die on Judgment Day. Only the Gospel and Its Fruits, will survive. Let the Gospel of, and with Christ, be your sole (soul) Provider, and you will, Be Blessed.
