But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. Matthew 24:11-13. So again I ask you, what is the purpose of the church, why are we here, and what are we to be doing??? Ya, ya, there are all kinds of Biblical answers out there that you can quote chapter and verse. And those quotes are usually used to back up the kind of church you want to run, or be a part of. People are very good about using the Bible to authenticate the type of church they want to have. Here’s where God’s Judgment comes in. If you, person, don’t really want to follow THE WHOLE TOTAL COMPLETE BIBLE AND LOVE GOD WITH YOUR WHOLE HEART, then God will give you a “half” god church where you’ll never feel uncomfortable. You can bring your friends and family, and still be looked up to as a good spiritual family man, even the church says so. Now, to answer the big question. This world and all its people are full of sin. Christ came to Defeat Sin and offer everyone a way out of sin. HE FOUGHT SIN, AND WON. He has made a Way for us, through Him, to also fight sin on a personal level, and win. The churches job is to teach you how to personally fight the sin in your life, through Christ, and teach others how to do the same, AND TO COME THROUGH THE BATTLE VICTORIOUS. To learn Who Christ is, is to also learn what sin is and how Christ wants it out of your life. When you fight sin and Win, EVERYTHING falls into place behind you. THEN you will be able to Live, Preach, and Teach Christ to everyone around you, that they may be Saved, Follow Christ, Walking in His Power, and be made without spot, blemish, or wrinkle. The Bride WILL be Pure, will you? Seek Christ and, Be Blessed.
