Daily Devotional. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. Psalm 91:11-12. This will not be a discussion on whether or not we have a personal angel to take care of each one of us, or a group of angels that get an assignment to go help out in a situation we may find ourselves in. It really doesn’t matter because however it actually works out is of no importance to us, just that we know God gets the job done, should be enough. In the book of Revelation, John thought he was talking to an angel until “the angel” told him he was a fellow Believer. So just enjoy the fact that God has EVERYTHING at His command to do ANYTHING He wants to take care of YOU. Maybe your car was slow starting this morning and you found yourself 5 minutes behind schedule, only to find that the wreck you passes had only happened 5 minutes earlier. Maybe that was for you, maybe not, just say, “Thank you Lord”, and keep going. Yes, angels are a help to us, and if you’re going to thank anybody, thank the Lord, He shares His Praise with no one and no thing. He makes EVERYTHING work out for our good, it’s ALL to grow us in CHRISTLIKENESS. Maybe there will be thanks to spread around in heaven, so wait ’till then and do whatever is right to do. In the meantime, just understand that God is in charge and He WILL take care of even the tiniest details to take care of every single one of your needs. Live or die, He has all of your Life completely under His own Personal control ALL THE TIME. HE’LL NOT MISS EVEN ONE TINY DETAIL. Is your faith growing? Are you starting to see more of the Hand of the Lord in your life every day? Can you grasp a little better Who God Is and what He desires of you? This is all a Growing process, so Grow, and, Be Blessed.
