AND WHAT I SAY UNTO YOU I SAY UNTO ALL, WATCH. Mark 13:23, 26, 29, 32-33, 37. The Lord has given us something of a checklist of some order of how things may possibly come to pass. The list has definites that can solidly be counted on, and it has just enough variables that you can’t put God in your box of exactly how things will be. The Lord wants us to be fairly well educated that we can teach His Word with authority, but not so knowledgeable that we can pin Him down on His Return. If we knew exactly when He would return, many would party hardy and try to get right just before He comes back. So basically, all Believers are on night watch guard duty watching for the Masters Return, AND watching for the enemy trying to sneak into the camp to steal, kill, and destroy all he can before his time is up. It’s really double duty, twice the reason to stay vigilant, and twice the reason to be on top of your game. Lives are at stake and people will die if we sleep on the job. What kind of respect do you give your boss? How much respect do you have for the office of the President? How much greater respect should you have for our Lord and Savior Jesus, the Christ? Stay Vigilant, be about the Fathers business, Preach unto Salvation, and, Be Blessed.
