Ephesians 5:26-27. Let’s understand the basics. ANYONE who is following Christ in Repentance and Obedience unto Salvation, is Saved and the Lord is coming to get him to be with Him, Forever, through death, or His Return. Here’s an illustration of the 7 year Tribulation using a washing machine. It may be crude, but see if it works. When your clothes are being washed in a washing machine, they are saturated with water that will help release the dirt from the clothes. The clothes gently bump into each other to help remove dirt. The washer drum, the outside source of severe agitation, greatly knocks off the dirt. After a time of severe, and gentle, agitation, the clothes are now spotlessly clean and ready to present to the wearer, with no spot, blemish, or wrinkle. As we seriously study God’s Word, (the washing of the Word), and coming outside forces, (Tribulation), knock around Christians as they are growing into CHRISTLIKENESS, and they are examining themselves and each other, willingly, to check for hidden sins. This is pretty much what the tribulation will do to Christians. Satan means to kill them, God means to Purify them. This will be an intense time of serious Purifying as never seen before in all of history. As Satan rises up, Christ rises up even more. Saints, and Tribulation Saints, (more on them next), will ALL, Be Blessed.
