This is about Preachers, Teachers, and Joe Sheepers. There are men out there who can recite the Bible most eloquently, and expound on its teachings like a walking encyclopedia. They can grab your attention and you are enthralled for hours listening to them. Then there are the other guys out there who know enough about the bible, after hours of studying and with many notes, who can give a 20 minute message, pour their heart and soul into it, prayed in anguish over the message for a week, and come out of the pulpit hoping that even one or two really hard the message. Your “pulpit” is your church, your classroom, your family dinner table, the street corner, ANYWHERE someone(s) may listen. We have eloquent Preachers, Teachers, and Joe Sheepers. We have 20 minute Get-Byers who put very little effort into the Word. The point is, all these guys come in all shapes and sizes, committed, and not, so pick any combination above you want. No 2 guys are alike, no message is the same. Everything, and everyone, is different. These are all guys spewing words. They have that in common. God Ordained, Christ Paid For, the Holy Spirit brings Life, that’s where the POWER comes from. ONLY WHEN A GOSPEL HUNGRY MAN GIVES THE WORD OF THE LORD EXACTLY AS THE HOLY SPIRIT DIRECTS, WILL THERE BE LIFE CHANGING POWER GOING FORTH DESTROYING THE WORKS OF THE FLESH AND BRINGS LIFE TO DEAD PEOPLE. There is no other way, program, book, or plan that can change people. STUDY THE WORD, Be Obedient, and you will, Be Blessed.
