Daily Devotional. Wherefore by their fruits YE SHALL KNOW THEM. Matthew 7:20. And He shall set the sheep on his right hand, BUT THE GOATS ON THE LEFT. Matthew 25:33. Then shall He say also unto them ON THE LEFT hand, DEPART FROM ME, YE CURSED, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: Matthew 25:41. When you read the whole of Matthew chapter 25, you’ll see that the goats, among other offences, had no love for their neighbor, place themself above others, and never sought for the Lord. They basically had no clue of what Christ was all about. AND NO CONCERN TO FIND OUT. They’re busy with everything BUT Christ. When a lost sheep comes to Salvation, once he understands just Who Christ is and what he has been saved from, that sheep will NEVER turn from Christ and walk away. Yes, sheep can stumble and even fall, but will quickly cry out for help and those near him will reach down and help him back up into Forgiveness and Restoration. Sheep look out for sheep. Sheep are willing to walk to the slaughter house willingly, if the Shepherd, Christ, asks them to go. Sheep hold nothing back from Christ, they Know they are safe in His Hands. Sheep Love the Shepherd and will do everything He asks of them. You can watch sheep grow and mature as you see their Fruit. And sheep will gladly and quickly tell you about their Shepherd. Sheep KNOW that Christ is the Great Physician, and whatever He needs to do to Purify and Cleanse them, is for their best, and welcome it. Sheep may bend, but will not break under the weight of trials and persecution. They Know the Shepherd is watching out for them. Watch the sheep, see their Fruits, and, Be Blessed.
