Daily Devotional. If ye will fear the Lord , and serve him, and obey his voice, and not rebel against the commandment of the Lord , then shall both ye and also the king that reigneth over you continue following the Lord your God: 1 Samuel 12:14. For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the Lord, he hath also rejected thee from being king. 1 Samuel 15:23. There are 2 types of people in the (4 walls grassy front yard) church today. The first group are called goats. They are un-believers who have never, and will never, come to Salvation through Jesus Christ the Lord. Goats can be nice people, and mean people, rich and poor people. But they will never come to Christ. And yes, the Lord Lord people who say or think they are “christian”, but have nothing to do with Christ, they too are goats. The goats will be separated from the sheep in Judgment and will end up in the Lake of Fire. The second group are the sheep. They start off unsaved, tangled up in the things of the world, being chewed on by wolves, filthy dirty in worldliness, and looking in all the wrong places for Christ. They don’t yet know there is a Christ, they’re just looking for something better that they KNOW is out there. They cry out and Christ comes to rescue them, clean them up, and lead them to His sheep fold. All who are saved, started as lost sheep. The sheep call out for Christ, and He saves them all. He will lose NOT ONE OF THEM. Whom the Father gives Him, none will be lost. That’s it in a simple nut shell, sheep and goats, now the fun part. Pray for them all, we don’t know who’s who by their heart, maybe by their Fruits, we’ll see. Pray, and, Be Blessed.
