Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 1717

Daily Devotional. If ye will fear the Lord , and serve him, and obey his voice, and not rebel against the commandment of the Lord , then shall both ye and also the king that reigneth over you continue following the Lord your God: 1 Samuel 12:14. Read this verse about 5 times and prayerfully ask the Lord to drive the truth of all this verse has to say, deep into your heart and spirit. Study the Words, look up the definitions of the Words, ask the Holy Spirit to Teach you all about what He wants you to understand here. The Power of this verse will be a Strength to the Believer, and a very hard test to the goat who wants to try to prove to others that (s)he really is a christian, showing how these 4 words describe their walk with the Lord in their life. As a goat compares their walk in the Lord by these 4 words in this one verse, it won’t be long before they start back peddling pretty quickly on just how close they really are to the Lord. Both they, and the hearers, will soon figure out just how lacking the goat really is. And that’s the Good News here, the Sword starts to cut and real repentance comes in, and the goat realizes, (s)he’s a goat. Better to examine yourself now with some serious questions, then after you’re dead and find out, IT’S TOO LATE. It is so hard to get someone to examine themselves, it truly takes an Act of God, for them to do this. Only the Holy Spirit can get through the tough hide of pride and arrogance. That’s one reason there will be few that find it, salvation. Eighty percent of America believe themselves to be saved. Jesus said “FEW”. The difference is, goats. Are these hard words? DEPART FROM ME, will be a lot harder. WELL DONE, is what we want to hear, to, Be Blessed
