Daily Devotional. Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it. Psalm 119:140. Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Proverbs 30:5. Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience. 1 Timothy 3:9. Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled. Titus 1:15. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. James 3:17. Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy. 1 Peter 1:16. What would happen if a Believer took these verses for face value, and full value, and actually believed every word of these verses, and applied them fully, as best he understood them, to every aspect of his life, trusting the Lord to direct his growing understanding of the Word, bringing him to greater areas of CHRISTLIKENESS, and even believing that the Lord could control his day to such an extent that the only thing he was able to do was, Grow In the Lord??? To even ask the Lord for EVERYTHING that Christ Paid for on the cross of Calvary for his, the Believers, Life. Is this possible? Can a person Believe for more of the Lord than the Lord can give? Or is the Lord just looking for SOMEONE to hold up His hand and say, “Use me Lord, anyway and everyway You can, all for Your Glory, and when You’re done with me, call me home. I’m here in this earth until You say otherwise”. Can there be too much Faith? Can one ask for more than God can give? How much, how close, do you want to Believe the Lord for ALL His Promises? Learn from Moses and the Prophets, all the Good stuff, and the hard stuff. Can you push God to the limits of your Faith? Do you dare to try? Go for the Gold, you won’t fail. Believe it all, and, Be Blessed.
