Daily Devotional. Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it. Psalm 119:140. Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Proverbs 30:5. Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience. 1 Timothy 3:9. Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled. Titus 1:15. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. James 3:17. Jesus Christ is PURE, there is NO shadow or shade in Him, period, end of discussion. The ONLY Christ you are authorized to talk about is the Christ of the Bible, the Word of God. If you add or change anything at all about Christ, ANYTHING, you have now created a christ of your own making. He is now not the Christ of the Bible. If even one change is acceptable, than why not two, or three…hundred? No, I’m not being sarcastic, if we keep allowing changes we’ll end up with the Bible about Adam and Steve in the Garden of Eden and Christ looks like a blonde Barbi doll. Remember, bibles, as instruction manuals from a “deity” go from the King James Version and those close to it, all the way to the “Satanic Bible” for followers of Satan. And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them. Luke 21:8. As we all grow in understanding of just Who Christ really is, we will cast off those things added to Christ, peeling away the lies, to reveal the True Christ in ALL His Glory.
