Daily Devotional. Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; THAT PUT DARKNESS FOR LIGHT, AND LIGHT FOR DARKNESS; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight! Woe unto them that are mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink: Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him! Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: BECAUSE THEY HAVE CAST AWAY THE law of the LORD OF HOSTS, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel. Isaiah 5:20-24. There is a remnant, in America, of Godly, Spirit filed, Blood washed Believers still Praying and Interceding for the Mercy and Grace of the Lord to still be granted to us as a nation, to hold back God’s Wrathful Judgment until the last sheep is safely in the fold. Hard Judgment is coming on the “church”, (4 walls grassy front yard), because she has left her first Love and gone out looking in all the wrong places for a love, not of the Lord. An easy love that everyone likes. Not the Love that will tell us the Truth about ourselves. We want, and preach, the easy life, a comfortable doctrine, a “bring them into church, whatever we have to do” theology, instead of a “Bring them to Christ, unto Salvation and Faith”. We no longer trust the Holy Spirit to be True to His Word and save lost souls. Instead, we have to be sure they get saved in the next 5 minutes so they can join the church and make the numbers look good. We cater to, and fill our churches with, goats, and wonder why things just aren’t going right. We won’t judge ourselves by the Word, so the Word will Judge us. Will you Preach Christ and Him Crucified, even if people leave? Because if you don’t, CHRIST WILL LEAVE, and then you won’t, Be Blessed.
