Daily Devotional. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. FOR WE WRESTLE NOT AGAINST FLESH AND BLOOD, BUT AGAINST PRINCIPALITIES, AGAINST POWERS, AGAINST THE RULERS OF THE DARKNESS OF THIS WORLD, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, AND HAVING DONE ALL, TO STAND. Ephesians 6:11-13. The enemy, Satan, fights dirty, he’s a master at it. He has the world conned into believing he doesn’t exist. For hundreds of years he has been sneaking into the 4 walls, grassy front yard church ever so slightly sliding in lies, deception, and error every way he can. Most people in the church, (4 walls), have no idea as to the extent he has been deceiving them. Many don’t care. Many Believers see what’s going on and are calling out against the sin at the door, or even in the camp. The Watchmen are fighting an uphill battle because the church is mostly blind to the battle. The battle is against powers and principalities in the Spirit, not against your Pastor or Teacher and how they teach and preach. Only through much Prayer and Intercession will some have their eyes opened to see the Battle and stand strong against the enemy. When a watchman high on the wall cries out that the enemy is coming, and the people on the ground can’t yet see it, will they believe the watchman? Or just say, “I don’t see anything, forget about it”. In the days of old there were castles and high walls. Today, there is wickedness in high places. When a watchman calls out, will the people believe and go to prayer? Are watchmen just legalistic fear-mongers calling out when there really is no enemy? (No Satan, he’s a myth?).
