Daily Devotional. Finally, my brethren, be Strong in the Lord, and in the Power of His Might. Put on the Whole Armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:10-12. The 9 Fruits and the 9 Gifts of the Holy Spirit are the Tangible and Visible Evidences of the Power and Authority of the Holy Spirit in and through Believers for the world to see. This is NOT about pride in a Believer saying, “Look what I’ve got and how much better I am than the rest of you”, no, this is about the Holy Spirit “coming on Strong” THROUGH a (humble) Believer as HE shows Believers AND the Lost that Jesus Christ is Alive and Well here on planet Earth. The Fruits and Gifts in Action will Encourage the Faith of Believers and help bring TO faith the lost. “All talk and no action” is worthless, but “no talk and all Action”, is Priceless. When a Believer is “Filled” with the Holy Spirit, ALL 9 Fruits and 9 Gifts come with Him as HE Decides what, when, where, how and why HE wants to Manifest them to and through human beings. The Holy Spirit’s Power and Authority are too much just to keep “inside” a person as the Effects are seen in and around the Believer. A lit candle in a dark room is very “bright” to look at, and that same “brightness” is viable all AROUND the candle. And that Believers “Light” CAN NOT be hidden, IT WILL SHOW AND IT WILL BE SEEN by those in the area. To those “nay-sayers” who don’t and won’t believe in ALL 9 Gifts and Fruits, THAT’S OK, and it will be your loss in not being used of the Holy Spirit in the Fullness and Power He would LIKE to use through you. Half a tank won’t get you as far as a full tank, but it will still get you moving in the right direction. Any of these 9 Gifts you don’t want to use is OK, He’ll use them through someone else and you both will, Be Blessed.
