Daily Devotional. Every Word of God is Pure: He is a Shield unto them that put their Trust in Him. Add thou not unto His Words, lest He reprove thee, and thou be found a liar. Proverbs 30:5-6. For Christians, it’s all about Christ. All the other faiths and beliefs each have their own supreme being, leader or whatever name they address it by. People want to believe something or someone is in charge, even if it’s themselves. ONLY the Lord Jesus Christ can give His Followers the True, Solid and Complete Knowledge and Understanding of the Absolute ASSURANCE of Acceptance into His Heaven immediate upon their demise, (death) on planet Earth. ALL religions have hoops to jump through, mantras to repeat, fines and worldly penalties to pay, and/or specific duties to perform, all for the HOPE of the possibility that IF they meet the necessary standards, attitudes and worldly doings, MAYBE then they have a shot actually getting to some sort of Reward, MAYBE. They’re just not sure… Folks, Christ, and Christ ALONE has already given His Assurance to each and every Believer of His that now, TODAY, we can each KNOW that Heaven awaits all who are His. HE HAS DONE IT ALL, there is nothing more for you to do if you ask Him for His Forgiveness and Repent of your sins. Repent simply means ask Him to give you a new Heart to walk away from your old sinful ways and head towards His Holy Ways, He’ll even help you do that. There are no strings attached and no fine print to find. Simply ask Christ to Forgive you and follow His Lead as He Walks with you every step of the Way into Eternity with Him. All this is called “Salvation” and includes a new, most amazing “rest of your Life” here on planet earth. You were created for such a Gift as this, to walk with Christ TODAY, and for ever. That’s an Assurance no religion on earth can even start to offer. Either Christ has done all the work FOR you as you’re Heaven Bound, or go your OWN way, telling yourself what to do, straight into Hell, to NEVER, Be Blessed.
