Daily Devotional. Wisdom crieth without; She uttereth her Voice in the streets: She crieth in the chief place of concourse, in the openings of the gates: in the city She Uttereth Her Words, saying, How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate Knowledge? Turn you at My Reproof: behold, I will pour out My Spirit unto you, I will make Known My Words unto you. Because I have Called, and ye refused; I have stretched out My Hand, and no man regarded; But ye have set at nought ALL My Counsel, and would NONE of My Reproof: I also will Laugh at your calamity; I will Mock when your fear cometh; Proverbs 1:20-26. Lady Wisdom is on the move meeting people in all the places people are at Encouraging people to seek Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding, and come to Christ in Repentance unto Salvation. It’s a simple Call that ALL people will recognize as from the Lord. The problem is that most will Refuse to Heed Her Call, AND WILL TURN AND WALK AWAY. They KNOW what they SHOULD do, and make a conscious Decision to just say “No”. Unless their Heart Attitude changes, it will be a Decision they will Regret Forever. Whether you call it Wisdom, Conscience, an Urging or an Impulse, ALL will Understand that this is something they need to do. At this point, to Understand “why” is not important, but the NEED to affirmatively say “Yes” to that Call is enough to stand with them on Judgment Day. Whether you have many “call” times, or just one time, ONE CALL TO CHRIST DURING YOUR LIFE IS ENOUGH FOR YOU TO ANSWER YES OR NO. When God Speaks, ONCE IS ENOUGH and everyone Knows it because it has the Authority of God’s Holy Spirit standing behind that Call. Like it or not, God doesn’t “Owe” us more than one Call. Anything extra is just Mercy and Grace. When God Speaks, you WILL Listen, then it’s on you whether you say yes or no to what He wants. ANYTHING He Asks of you is ALWAYS to your benefit. And with any Benefit from the Lord, you WILL, Be Blessed.
