Daily Devotional. In the beginning GOD CREATED the heaven and the earth. Genesis 1:1. For the earth shall be FILLED with the KNOWLEDGE of the GLORY of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. Habakkuk 2:14. Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the Beginning? have ye not understood FROM THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE EARTH? IT IS HE that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; (He) that stretcheth out the Heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to Dwell in: Isaiah 40:21-22. Maybe this is a Biblical Concept, or maybe just a fanciful imagination, you decide. Imagine the Earth as a tennis ball suspended in the middle of a basketball. The basketball represents the farthest reaches of Space holding all the stars and galaxies, maybe millions of light years “thick” (?). The basketball is in Heaven with the Glory of the Lord all around it. That same Glory has so permeated space, stars, galaxies and planets that they all cry out, Holy Holy Holy is the Lord God Almighty. Everything Praises and Honours the Lord, except man. Man is so infused with Sin that only the Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ can cleanse away that sin stain. Remember, to the Lord the total distance from Heaven to Earth is Tissue paper thin. When Christ comes back he just splits “the Heavens” like tissue paper and comes through. This is where man gets a glimpse of Christ coming from Heaven and with Great Fear, man cries out for the rocks to fall on them and hide them from the Presence and Holiness of God. It will be a hard day for the lost, and a Terrific day for those looking for Christ’s Return. Side note, even here, Salvation will STILL be offered because these people STILL have breath in their lungs, even though their time may soon be very short. This is all just a thought I find interesting and maybe even possible??? Just trying to piece together some of the “unspoken” things of the Bible. Use Discernment to trash, or maybe, Be Blessed?
