Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 5018

Daily Devotional. He hath shewed thee, O man, what is GOoD; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to Do Justly , and to Love Mercy, and to WALK Humbly WITH thy God? Micah 6:8. For we WALK by Faith, not by sight: 2 Corinthians 5:7. This I say then, WALK in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. Galatians 5:16. And he (Saul, later to become Paul), said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: IT IS HARD FOR THEE TO KICK AGAINST THE PRICKS. Acts 9:5. To continue the discussion on “Pricks” around the ankle, not all “bad” things are Pricks being used of the Lord to bring you “back in line”. When Saul met Christ and was Saved, his name changed to Paul and everywhere he went, Trouble followed. Shipwrecks, beatings, stoning, friends turning against him, and many more “bad” things plagued him all during his ministry. Was he disobedient and suffering for it? Not at all. Everywhere he went he shared the Gospel and evil men tried to make his life miserable because of it. The Lord used those “bad” things to grow Paul, AND CHRISTIANS AROUND THE WORLD, how to face adversity and keep moving forward with the Lord, IN SPITE OF THE HINDRANCES OF MAN, BEAST AND SATAN HIMSELF. Rest assured, the Holy Spirit will be sure to let you know when you’re “out of line” and His Pricks are to bring you back; and when you’re being about His Business in spite of adversity, and to “keep moving on, all is well”. Either Way, Life is always interesting and full of things to deal with. If you’re Saved, your Salvation is always Assured in Heart, no matter what the situations and circumstances are around you. The “bad” things and the “GOoD” things will all move you to a closer Walk with Christ, and that’s the GOoD News of Salvation. The Lord Loves you and will do anything and use everything to Encourage you in your Walk with Him. Keep Seeking Christ and all He has for you as your Walk will be an Example to others to also Seek His Will and to greatly, Be Blessed.
