Daily Devotional. GET WISDOM, GET UNDERSTANDING: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth. Forsake Her not, and She shall preserve thee: love Her, and She shall keep thee. Wisdom is the Principal Thing; therefore get Wisdom: and with all thy getting get Understanding. Exalt Her, and She shall promote thee: She shall bring thee to Honour, when thou dost Embrace Her. She shall give to thine head an ornament of Grace: a crown of Glory shall She deliver to thee. Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings; and the years of thy life shall be many. I have taught thee in the Way of Wisdom; I have led thee in Right Paths. When thou goest, thy steps shall not be straitened (hindered); and when thou runnest, thou shalt not stumble. Take fast hold of Instruction; let Her not go: keep Her; FOR SHE IS THY LIFE. Proverbs 4:5-13.
Hear my words, O ye wise men; and give ear unto me, ye that have Knowledge. Job 34:2. For truly my words shall not be false: he that is Perfect in Knowledge is with Thee. Job 36:4. Teach me GOoD Judgment and Knowledge: for I have believed Thy Commandments. Psalm 119:66. The Fear of the LORD is the beginning of Knowledge: but fools despise Wisdom and Instruction. Proverbs 1:7. Yea, if thou CRIEST AFTER KNOWLEDGE, and LIFTEST UP thy voice for UNDERSTANDING; Then shalt thou Understand the Fear of the LORD, and find the Knowledge of God. For the LORD giveth Wisdom: out of His Mouth cometh Knowledge and Understanding. When Wisdom entereth into thine heart, and Knowledge is pleasant unto thy soul; Discretion shall preserve thee, Understanding shall keep thee: To deliver thee from the way of the evil man, from the man that speaketh froward things; Proverbs 2:3,5-6,10-12. Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding are Attributes of the Lord Worthy of asking for, even to ask for them individually and together in your Prayers as you find them in your Scripture Reading. The Lord is High and Lifted Up, and His Words are right there with Him. Seek Wisdom and Greatly, Be Blessed.
