Daily Devotional. Every Word of God is Pure: He is a Shield unto them that put their Trust in Him. Add thou not unto His Words, lest He reprove thee, and thou be found a liar. Proverbs 30:5-6. I can nit-pick and take a lot of space and time showing you how all other versions of the “bible” have changed the original King James Bible to something other than the Word of God, but I won’t. I will whole heartedly suggest you take your version, (if not the King James), and do a side by side comparison and see what the changes are for yourself. They look minor and subtle, but they will add up to Doctrinal Changes the Lord never intended. The King James is Pure and True, with the Authority of the Lord God Almighty to settle your Heart and Guide you into Heaven. Remember, the Word of the Lord is Pure, when man starts with the KJB AND ADDS AND SUBTRACTS TO IT, IT IS NO LONGER PURE. There are many excellent books ABOUT the KJB to help you understand what a particular word means, but that’s using the KJB as your Base, and building from there. When a Preacher stands in front of his congregation with an “other than” bible, he’s feeding his sheep good food, AND POISON. That preacher is presenting God’s Word MINGLED WITH MAN’S WORD, as from the Lord, AND HE WILL NOT BLESS THE READING OF THE SCRIPTURES AS MAN PRESENTS MAN’S WORD, AS GOD’S WORD. Satan first asked Eve, “Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, YEA, HATH GOD SAID” …? Genesis 3:1. This was designed to bring Doubt to the Authority of God’s Word, AND IT’S NEVER CHANGED. Satan is still bringing Doubts and confusion into Believers lives. God’s Word will Wash you Clean, man’s word will wash you away. Study God’s Word WITH HELPS all you want, that’s what Fellowship, Preaching and Teaching can do. But study man’s word in place of God’s Word will never have lasting Peace or solid Understanding. Don’t sell yourself short with imitations when The Real will, Be Blessed.
