Daily Devotional. Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth. 2 Timothy 2:15. For whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord SHALL BE SAVED. How then shall they call on Him in Whom they have not Believed? and how shall they Believe in Him of Whom they have not Heard? and how shall they Hear without a Preacher? And how shall they Preach, except they be Sent? as it is written, How Beautiful are the feet of them that Preach the Gospel of Peace, and bring Glad Tidings of GOoD Things! Romans 10:13-15. A Preacher is just a puny little man trying to Handle the Mighty, Life Giving Word of the Lord God Almighty, and give that Word to the Hearers, that they may have Life and Life more abundantly. Some Preachers are more “in tune” with the Lord and some are less. We get all kinds. Assuming your Preacher is at least Trying, if we can overlook his faults and hear the Good News he does have to say, from the Lord Himself, than we can all Grow in the Lord as we Eat from His Table. Again, some preachers give “crackers and Coke”, and some give a Feast with lots of Living Water. Even the Quran professes that Jesus Christ was a prophet. That Word alone can be enough to bring a lost sinner to Christ. ANY (True) Bible verse, even preached out of context, can bring Light and Life to the Hearer. The Holy Spirit will use ANYTHING He wants to bring a lost Soul to Christ. HIS WORD IS LIFE, the question is, will you partake of ALL you can from His Table, or do you pick and choose only what YOU think is “good” for you? The Holy Spirit Knows Best, and EVERYTHING He asks of you is Perfectly Timed to Grow you in Christ the Way He wants you to Grow. Whether you Grow Straight and True, or crooked and deformed, is up to you and how you eat from His Table. Feast once a day or nibble all day long, ANYTHING you eat from His Table will be Life Giving. Whether you run the race fast, or move along slow, KEEP GROWING FORWARD, and, Be Blessed.
