Daily Devotional. For many are called, but few are chosen. Then went the Pharisees, and took counsel how they might entangle Him in His Talk. And they sent out unto Him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, MASTER, WE KNOW THAT THOU ART TRUE, AND TEACHEST THE WAY OF GOD IN TRUTH, neither carest thou for any man: for thou regardest not the person of men. Matthew 22:14-16. These Pharisees are a great representation of sinful man. They may Know a lot, or they may Know very little, but they ALL Know at least just Enough to be able to stand before the Lord on Judgment Day, bow the knee and declare WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING that they Knew He was (is) The Christ of Salvation, AND THAT THEY KNEW THE TRUTH AND CHOSE TO BELIEVE THE LIE. Whether through Pride and Arrogance or something else, ALL MEN KNOW that Jesus IS The Christ and that they need to listen to Him an whatever Knowledge they do have of Him, to, Be Saved. It’s that simple, since NO ONE will have an excuse, on Judgment Day, for Rejecting Christ, ALL KNOW that He Is THE Christ Who came to Save ALL the world from their sins. This knocks out all “sympathy” towards someone who dies in their sins without Christ. Yes, we weep when we lose someone near and dear because we will miss their company, JUST NEVER SHED A TEAR FOR THEM THINKING THEY “NEVER HAD A CHANCE” TO COME TO CHRIST TO BE SAVED! They had all “the chances” they needed to Come to Christ, they just CHOSE to fight Christ and fully Reject Him as their Saviour. They don’t have to Know ALL about Christ, but they will Know “Enough” for Him to be their Lord AND Saviour. PRAY, AND PRAY HARD for the Lost while Alive, but the moment they die and pass on into a Lost Eternity, ALL SYMPATHY ENDS. The time to Pray for anyone is NOW. Yes, this is harsh, but it will be even harsher on their Judgment Day when they hear those most Awful Words, “Depart from Me you worker of Iniquity, for I NEVER Knew you”, and are cast into the Lake of Fire and Brimstone to NEVER, Be Blessed.
