Daily Devotional. And he said, Unto you it is given to Know the Mysteries of the Kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing THEY MIGHT NOT SEE, AND HEARING THEY MIGHT NOT UNDERSTAND. Luke 8:10.Who (Christ) will have ALL men to Be Saved, and to come unto the Knowledge of the Truth. 1 Timothy 2:4. The Lord is not slack concerning His Promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, NOT WILLING THAT ANY SHOULD PERISH, BUT THAT ALL SHOULD COME TO REPENTANCE. 2 Peter 3:9. To a Lost person, that’s one who doesn’t yet Know Christ, these verses can look confusing and contradictory. So let’s try to explain it in simple terms. God Loves everyone who is or has ever walked on planet earth. He desires that ALL of mankind would come to Christ to be Saved and that no one would Reject the Gift of Salvation offered by His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. Hold that thought. The Holy Spirit is the Person Who talks to each person to help them understand EXACTLY what Christ’s Gift of Salvation is and why they need it. He is Personal, One on one. And He is so Personal to each person He Talks to that on the Great White Throne Judgement Day, that person will have absolutely NO excuse for Rejecting Christ as their Lord and Saviour. This means that with all the Information the Holy Spirit gives a person about their need for Salvation, they will have Full and Total Knowledge to Purposefully Decide to either accept Christ’s Offer of Salvation, or to Purposefully Reject Christ’s Offer of Salvation. Not even Satan himself can steal away this offer. The bottom line is, they Know enough to be Saved, or not. And to those who decide to accept Christ’s Offer and Be Saved, TO THEM HE OPENS THE WINDOWS OF HEAVEN REVEALING ALL THE MYSTERIES OF HEAVEN, (as much as we humans can handle here on earth). The more you want to Study The Word, and Seek the Face of Christ and Who He Is, the more “the Mysteries” will be revealed to you. The more you desire to seek Christ, the more you’ll, Be Blessed.
