Daily Devotional. From the wicked that oppress me, from my deadly enemies, who compass me about. They are inclosed in their own fat: with their mouth they speak proudly. They have now compassed us in our steps: they have set their eyes bowing down to the earth; Like as a lion that is greedy of his prey, and as it were a young lion lurking in secret places. As for me, I will behold Thy Face in Righteousness: I shall be Satisfied, when I awake, with Thy Likeness. Psalm 17:9-12,15. IF, you wanted to, you’ll find it’s very hard to look at a fellow Believer and decide what kind of life they have and where they stand in their Walk with the Lord. Of course, the more and longer you get to be around them and really get to know them, now you can more accurately see more fullness of their Walk with the Lord. But generally speaking, a 20-minute talk with someone isn’t enough to see how they fare with the Lord. EXCEPT, there are many times when you may meet a new friend, a Believer, and the Holy Spirit very quickly tells you, “This person is one of Mine, you can Fellowship freely with them”. Now you have a new Friendship like meeting an old friend again and picking up where you left off. A Friendship in Christ is a relationship a lost person can’t really fully comprehend. But it will give them, (lost person) a Sweet Taste of what kind of Love and Friendship Believers can enjoy everyday. And that is a Testimony that will prick their Heart as the Holy Spirit “woos them” towards Christ. It’s a matter of, “I don’t know what you’ve got, but I want it too”. Yup, that’s my God Calling everyone (lost) He can to come to Christ, AND Calling all Believers to come deeper into Christ. It’s hard to explain to a lost person what our Life in Christ is really like, but it is such fun trying as the Holy Spirit takes our feeble words and drives them His Way into their Heart. We can’t Save anybody, but what a Joy it is to Testify to ANYONE who will listen, lost or Saved, all about our Jesus, to Greatly, Be Blessed.
