Jesus went unto the mount of Olives. And early in the morning He came again into the temple, and all the people came unto Him; and He sat down, and Taught them. And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman TAKEN IN ADULTERY; and when they had set her in the midst, They say unto Him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, IN THE VERY ACT. Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest Thou? When Jesus had lifted up Himself, and saw none but the woman, He said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? Hath no man condemned thee? She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, NEITHER DO I CONDEMN THEE: GO, AND SIN NO MORE. John 8:1-5,10-11. They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service. John 16:2. So what’s the connection between the adulterous woman, and people killing Christians thinking they’re doing the Will of God?, Let’s continue yesterday’s MADE UP ILLUSTRATION. Jesus told the adulterous woman to “Go and sin no more”. In her mind, Jesus was giving her a GENERAL COMMANDMENT THAT APPLIED TO EVERYONE. He wasn’t singling HER out for sin, He was telling EVERYONE to do no sin. Here’s the key to self deceived thinking, IF YOU HAVE NO FEAR OF GOD, YOU CAN JUSTIFY ANYTHING HE SAYS AS MEANT FOR OTHERS, AND NOT FOR YOU BECAUSE YOU’RE “A GOOD PERSON”. And we all know, good people don’t sin. How far can this self deception go? Just look at those brain dead “students” on today’s collage campuses chanting, “From the river to the sea…” they’re starting to actually believe their own self deception that the Jews actually are a scourge on the world and this scourge needs to be gone. This is how Hitler brainwashed the youth of his day, and they killed the Jews by the millions. Again, WITH NO FEAR OF GOD MAN CAN JUSTIFY ANYTHING, and will fall back to, “I’m better than those guys, let’s get rid of the Jews, AGAIN, and they will NOT, Be Blessed.
