Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 4358

Daily Devotional. Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall He not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? Matthew 6:30. Today you can get up and start your day by going in any one of a hundred different directions. Even if you have a certain daily routine you do every day, it’s still by choice that you do the same routine. Lawful or unlawful, you can do the same old thing or go completely crazy and do the totally unexpected. It’s still all by whatever YOU choose to do. BUT GOD, Who has a Perfect Plan, Will and Way for EVERYTHING for your Life today, will usually give you a lot of leeway in allowing you to choose to do things your way, or His Way. What you eat, what you put on, where you go, are all things He has a Plan for you, so how much of His Plan do you ask Him about BEFORE you start your day? This may sound like legalism by needing a 5 minute time of prayer just to decide which color sox to put on. No, that’s legalism. Try this, start your day with Fellowship with the Lord and ask the Holy Spirit to Guide and Direct your day as you practice LISTENING to His Leading and OBEYING what you do hear from Him. Yes, it’s a big “Learning Curve”, but that Life and you have all of your Life to Grow in Christ and into CHRISTLIKENESS. You can Grow so in tune with the Holy Spirit that you just Flow through your day Greatly, Gladly and Joyfully in Awe awe He Directs your each and every step. Like the gentle reigns on a horse, you can Sense even the slightest urge to change direction as He Directs. This all starts with a Heart’s Cry to WANT to listen to the Lord, and can end with an Abundant Joy of accomplishment as you look back over your day and see His Fingerprints all over it. Joyfully, Follow, not legally HAVE TO. The Joy of the Lord is my Strength, so how much Joy with Obedience do you want for today? He has a Whole Day Full of it if you would like. No guilt here, just Practice Obedience and how to, Be Blessed.
