Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 3652

Daily Devotional. For to me to live (here on this earth) is Christ, and to die (and be with Christ in Heaven) is (my) gain. But if I live in the (physical) flesh, this is the fruit of my labour (here with you): yet what I shall choose I wot not. (I don’t know). For I am in a strait betwixt two (choices), (1) having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better: Nevertheless, (2), to abide in the flesh IS MORE NEEDFUL FOR YOU. And having this confidence, (I understand my choices here) I know that I SHALL ABIDE AND CONTINUE WITH YOU ALL FOR YOUR FURTHERANCE AND JOY OF FAITH; That your Rejoicing may be more abundant in Jesus Christ for me by my coming to you again. (I’ll stay here with you to further the Gospel in you). Only let your Conversation be as it becometh the Gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, THAT YE STAND FAST IN ONE SPIRIT, WITH ONE MIND STRIVING TOGETHER FOR THE FAITH OF THE GOSPEL; (to share with others). AND IN NOTHING TERRIFIED BY YOUR ADVERSARIES: (whether of man or of Satan), which is to them an evident token of perdition, BUT TO YOU OF SALVATION, AND that OF GOD. For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only TO BELIEVE ON HIM, but ALSO TO SUFFER (at the hands of men AND Satan) for His sake; Having the same conflict, (to stay here with you, or to Go Home with Christ), which ye saw in me, and now hear to be in me. Philippians 1:21-30. NO MATTER HOW TOUGH TIMES GET, I’LL STAY WITH YOU TO HELP GROW YOU IN CHRIST. I’LL SUFFER WHATEVER IT TAKES TO BE SURE YOU’RE SAFELY ON YOUR WAY HOME. That’s a man willing to fight man and Satan to be sure the Gospel gets Preached to ALL people, that those lost looking for Christ, FIND CHRIST, GROW IN CHRIST, AND ARE PREPARED TO GO HOME TO CHRIST. Paul’s desires are subdued as Christ’s Desires are lifted up, even in the face of danger, torture and death. The man was unstoppable. To stay here for Christ’s sakes is still to Eternally, Be Blessed.
