Daily Devotional- MORNINGTIME 3607

Daily Devotional. Happy is the man that findeth Wisdom, and the man that getteth Understanding. For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold. She is more Precious than rubies: AND ALL THE THINGS THOU CANST DESIRE are not to be compared unto Her. Proverbs 3:13-15. King Solomon was given Great Wisdom of The Things of the Lord. He was given the Understanding of what he should do with that Wisdom, and that was to Obediently write the Things of the Lord down, and publish them throughout the land. So far, he has kept his eyes on Christ and everything stays in proper balance and perspective. Besides Great Wisdom and Understanding, the Lord also blessed the King with much gold and silver, and length of days. King Solomon’s gold and silver were manifestations of the Lord Blessing him with Wisdom and Understanding. The kings trouble started when he got his eyes off the Lord and onto the things of this world. Solomon took a wife from Egypt, and that was Wrong. No Jew was to take a non-Jew to wife. He loves her and soon starts to take on her un-Jewish ways. As Solomon’s eyes move away from the Lord and more onto the world, (MANY wives and concubines), their ways became his ways, finishing in Idol Worship. Believer, keep YOUR eyes fully on Christ, and He will grant you even more Wisdom and Understanding COUPLED WITH Knowledge, Faith and Obedience. With your eyes on Christ, He will keep you balanced and centered with just the right amounts of Heavenly Wisdom, Understanding, Faith, Boldness and Obedience, AND, the right amounts of worldly possessions to show the world the God of Heaven does Bless His Kids with GOoD stuff that THEY control, and their stuff DOES NOT control them. Be Faithful and Obedient to the Lord in ALL Things He gives you, both Heavenly and worldly, and you will Grow in Christ in Ways you’ve never imagined. The Lord is looking for people He can use, and in ALL Things, they will both HERE, and Eternally, Be Blessed.
